The Pirate Party & copyright ...
As a quasi-parties concerned it is very much in my interest that this knowledge and the opinions of the video coming to the people.
On the topic itself, I am somewhat divided on. However, I must finally give the artists quite. It's not that you should get any money for his work. What the final effect is it then.
This is not a matter that the artist is a fortune earned from his works (the days are gone), but the people (citizens) want to even be entertained. However, devours the "production" of this conversation has a large share of the revenue (due to production costs). At the small silver disc (CD) or MP3 file, a yard long tail hangs rates of people who are necessary for its production. These people all work for this course and want to get paid for it.
I think that is a loss of revenue is a threat to / the "little man / woman" in the production chain. Or how you see it?

I'll give you even partially right. The monitoring of private users would be completely unacceptable. Also, I've got nothing against the small, personal sharing of music.
(Previously we had also played the tape over and exchanged ...)
Some artists have recognized the signs of the times and make their works under Creative Commons license. This is especially for non-established artists as much sense as this is a legitimate and active dissemination of their work. This can increase their visibility and end up with appropriate marketing concepts even earn some money as well as in traditional way.

Change that the people's music, not the Pirate Party. The digital Revolutuin have is in full swing and the described phenomena not due to the Pirate Party. Omitted that in a society change old and new jobs created is completely normal. The state is not there to receive the outdated business model of record companies to artificially maintain or enforce with total surveillance of consumers.
The Pirate Party has recognized, in contrast to the other parties to this development and the opportunities and risks does the digital revolution. She wants them to face DESIGNING and not the revolution in the way.
